Jambalaya Directions

  1. In a 2 qt. Heavy pot with lid, saute ¼ lb. smoked sausage. Add & saute ¾ lb. bite sized chicken (or tender, boneless, skinless meat of choice or seafood) with 2 tbs. butter.
  2. Add 3 cups of water to the same pot, bring to a boil. Add Cajun C.J.’s mixture. Return to a boil, stir, lower fire, cover and cook on very low fire for 20 min. Let sit for 10 min.
  3. Serves 6 (1 cup servings)
